What is the Vision Portal?
The Presidio Vision Portal is a self-service - easy to use and customizable - shopping, ordering, maintenance contract, and device management portal.
The Portal enhances Presidio's customer relationships by providing a friction-less channel for our customers to interact and transact with us.

How do I register for the Portal?
1. Go to the Portal registration page and fill in the required information.
2. Click "Register."
3. You’ll receive confirmation that your registration is being processed.

1. Go to the Portal login page and click "Forgot your password?"
2. Enter your email address.
3. Click "Submit."
4. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.

How do I reset my password?

2. In the "Change Password" section, enter your old password and your new password.

2. Review and edit your profile information.

How do I access my contacts and shipping addresses?
1. Click on the gear icon in the top right corner of the Portal.
2. Click "Contacts & Addresses."
3. Under "My Contacts," click on the blue letters of the alphabet to see Contacts beginning with those letters.

How do I find certain quotes or orders?
1. Click on "Quotes" or "Orders" on the top of the Portal.
2. Browse the listed quotes/orders.
3. Enter search criteria.
4. Click "Search."
5. To perform an advanced search, click "Advanced."

How do I view my affiliated companies’ quotes and orders?
1. Click on "Quotes" or "Orders" at the top of the Portal.
2. Under the "Affiliated Company" column, you’ll see which company each quote/order is associated with.
3. To filter quotes/orders by a specific affiliate, click "Advanced".
4. Open the "Affiliated Company" dropdown.
5. Select a company if you only want to view their quotes/orders.
6. Click "Search."
7. Now you will only see quotes/orders from that company.

How do I find order tracking information?
To find tracking information for a specific order, click here.

How do I find order tracking information for a specific order?
1. Click "Orders" at the top of the Portal.
2. Click on an order number to open it.
3. Click "View All Statuses."
4. Items that have not shipped yet will have an "Active" status.
5. Items that have shipped will have a "Shipped" status.

How do I find order tracking information for several orders at once?
1. Click "Reports" at the top of the Portal.
2. Click "Order Status Detail."
3. Enter your desired filter criteria.
4. Click "Run."
5. The report (complete with tracking information) will downloaded automatically as an Excel spreadsheet. Click on the document at the bottom of your screen to open it.

How do I browse catalog items?
1. Click "Shop" at the top of the Portal.
2. Enter your search criteria.
3. Click "Search."
4. Next to an item, click "Add to Cart" to add the item into your Shopping Cart.

I can't find the item I need.
1. Click "Shop" at the top of the Portal.
2. On the right side, click "Custom Request."
3. Type a description of what you're looking for.
4. Click "Submit."
5. Click on the shopping cart icon at the top of the Portal.
6. Now you will see your custom request as a line item in your Shopping Cart.
7. To get a quote on that item, click "Request Pricing"

No, the prices listed in the Portal are not final.
To receive final pricing, including discounts, you must request a quote. Click here for instructions.

How do I request a quote or pricing?
1. Pull items into your Shopping Cart by browsing catalogs (click here for instructions) or Shared Carts (click here for instructions).
2. Click on the shopping cart icon at the top of the Portal.
3. Scroll down and click "Request Pricing."
4. You can add a title, comments, or attachments.
5. Click "Submit."
6. You’ll receive confirmation that the pricing request was received. You can click the blue links to review your pricing request.
7. An automatic email notification will have been sent to your Presidio team, who will send you a quote in return.

What are Saved Carts?
Saved Carts are bundles of items built by you or your Presidio team.
Saved Carts make shopping easy because you can pull all the items into your shopping cart with one click.
"My Saved Carts" are bundles/templates of items that you have built. For instructions on how to build a Saved Cart, click here.
"Shared Saved Carts" are bundles/templates of items that Presidio has built on your behalf. For instructions on how to access Shared Carts, click here.

How do I save templates of items?
1. Pull items into your Shopping Cart by browsing catalogs (click here for instructions) or Shared Carts (click here for instructions).
2. Click on the shopping cart icon at the top of the Portal.
3. In the bottom right corner, click "Save my cart for later."
4. Give the cart a title.
5. Click "Save."
6. To access your new saved cart, go to the Shopping Cart and click "Saved Carts."
7. You’ll see your new saved cart listed under "My Saved Carts." Click on the blue title to open it.

How do I access templates of items built by Presidio?
In the Portal, templates of items built by Presidio are called Shared Carts.
1. Click on the shopping cart icon at the top of the Portal.
2. Click "Saved Carts" on the right hand side.
3. Scroll down to see "Shared Saved Carts" and click on the title of the cart you want to open.
4. Review the line items in the cart.
5. Click the checkboxes to add optional items (if applicable).
6. Click "Add to Cart" to pull all the items into your Shopping Cart at once.

How do I access the Cisco Commerce Workspace (CCW)?
1. Click on your name in the top right corner of the Portal.
2. Under "Cisco Credentials," enter your CCO ID and password.
3. Click "Save."
4. Click on the shopping cart icon at the top of the Portal.
5. Click "Configurator” on the right hand side.
6. In CCW, browse items and configurations. Click "Add to Cart."
7. Once everything you need is in your CCW shopping cart, click "Transfer Estimate" on the left hand side.
8. Review the items and click "Transfer Estimate" again.
9. Now the Cisco Configuration is in your Presidio Portal Shopping Cart. To receive a quote from Presidio, you need to request a quote/pricing. Click here for instructions.

How do I integrate my third-party procurement platform with the Portal?
Tell your Presidio representative that you need the Portal integrated with a third-party procurement system.
The Presidio Portal Team will set up a call with your IT team to plan the integration.

How do I pull items from Presidio’s catalog into my procurement platform?
1. From your procurement system, punch out to Presidio’s catalog.
2. You’ll land on the Shopping Cart page. Click "Continue Shopping."
3. Browse items (click here for instructions) or access Shared Carts (click here for instructions).
4. To pull an item into your Shopping Cart, click "Add to Cart."
5. Once your shopping cart is complete, you can either click "Request Pricing" (to request a quote from Presidio directly) or click "Transfer" (to pull the items back into your procurement system).

MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS
How do I view maintenance contract information?
1. Hover over "Contracts" at the top of the Portal and click "Dashboard." Here you’ll see a list of contracts. Click on a contract number in blue. This will bring you to a search result of all the devices belonging to that contract. Alternatively, hover over the "Contracts" menu at the top and click "Devices." Enter your filter criteria and click "Search."
2. From the search results, click on a device number.
3. On the "Device" page, you can view information about the specific piece of equipment.

How do I identify parent-child devices?
1. Hover over "Contracts" at the top of the Portal and click "Devices."
2. Enter your filter criteria and click "Search."
3. From the search results, click on a device number.
4. If you’re looking at a parent device, scroll to the bottom to view "Child Instances," and click on a child device’s part number to view its details.
5. If you’re looking at a minor/child device, scroll to the bottom and click "View Parent Device."

How do I manually upload contract information?
1. Hover over "Contracts" at the top of the Portal and click "Upload Manual Contracts."
2. Click "Upload Contracts" on the top right.
3. Click "Download Template."
4. Complete the template in Excel. Only add contracts for a single manufacturer. Save the document to your computer.
5. Select a manufacturer from the dropdown based on the contracts you added to Excel.
6. Add the completed Excel file.
7. Select the upload "Type" from the dropdown.
8. Click "Upload."
9. Now you’ll see a list of the contracts you’ve uploaded. These contracts will also appear when you perform a search on the "Devices" page.

How do I find Cisco bug information?
1. Hover over "Cisco Contract Center" at the top of the Portal and click "Bug Search."
2. Enter your filter criteria and click "Search."
3. Click on a Bug ID number in blue to view more details.

1. Hover over "Cisco Contract Center" at the top of the Portal and click "RMA Search."

How do I find Support (TAC) Case information?
1. Hover over "Cisco Contract Center" at the top of the Portal and click "Support Case Search."

How do I open a TAC case?
To open a Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC) Case, call 1-800-GO-CISCO.
If a minor/child piece of equipment needs Cisco’s TAC support, it is possible that TAC will not recognize the serial number of the minor/child device. Therefore, it is useful to know how to find the parent device, so that you can supply that serial number instead. Click here for instructions. This will decrease the amount of time between when the device goes down and when a TAC case is opened.

How do I request a Work Item?
1. Click "Work Items" at the top of the Portal.
2. On the right side, under "Create New Request," select the type of request you want to submit.
3. Alternatively, from a specific "Device" page, click on a Work Item option at the top, such as "Transfer Site" or "Upgrade Service Level."
4. Complete the form and click "Submit."
5. If applicable, click here for instructions on how to approve a Work Item.

REPORTS
What are reports?
Reports allow you to filter, retrieve, and review large amounts of information about your Presidio orders or maintenance contracts. By subscribing to a report, you can receive it in your email inbox on a daily, weekly, or monthly schedule of your choosing.

How do I run a report?
1. Click "Reports" at the top of the Portal.
2. Click on the title of a report to open it.
3. Enter your desired filter criteria.
4. Click "Run."
5. The report will downloaded automatically as an Excel spreadsheet. Click on the document at the bottom of your screen to open it.

How do I subscribe to a report?
1. Click "Reports" at the top of the Portal.
2. Click on the title of a report to open it.
3. Enter your desired filter criteria.
4. Add a title.
5. Click "Save."
6. Scroll down to the "Schedule" portion of the page. Select the daily, weekly, or monthly time you’d like to receive the report in your email inbox.
7. Click "Subscribe."
8. Now you’ll receive the report automatically in your email inbox on the schedule you selected.

APPROVAL
How do I approve a new quote?
1. If you are set up as a quote approver, you will receive an automatic email notification when a new quote is pending your approval. Click the quote link in the email. This will bring you to the quote in the Portal.
2. Alternatively, you can click "My Approvals" at the top of the Portal.
3. Click the quote number to open it.
4. At the top of the quote, click "Reject" or "Approve."
5. If you click "Reject," you’ll have an opportunity to add comments. Click "Submit" to submit your rejection.
6. If you click "Approve," you’ll have an opportunity to add comments and attachments (such as a Purchase Order). Click "Submit" to submit your approval.
7. Your Presidio representatives will receive an automatic email notification.

How do I know if a quote’s been approved?
If there are quote approvers set up at your company, then there will be a "Workflow History" at the bottom of each new quote.
If a user’s name has a green check mark, it means they have already approved the quote.

How do I approve a new Portal user?
1. If you’re set up as a registration approver, you will receive an automatic email notification when a new user at your company registers for the Portal.
2. Click on "My Approvals" at the top of the Portal.
3. Under "Pending Registrations," click on a user’s name to open their account.
4. Review the user’s information.
5. Click "Approve" or "Reject."
6. The user will receive an automatic email notification with the status of their registration.

How do I approve a Work Item?
1. If you’re set up as a Work Item approver, you will receive an automatic email notification when another user at your company submits a Work Item.
2. Click the link in the email to open the Work Item Request.
3. Click "Approve" or "Reject."
4. Add comments and click "Approve" or "Reject" to submit.
